About

Simple protocols, printable trackers, no apps.

Steady Protocols builds 30-day self-care protocols for people whose bodies aren't keeping up with how they sit, work, and move. We started with sitting-related lower back pain because that's where this story starts. There's more coming.

Back-pain content hands you a list of exercises and a promise that one of them is the answer. That isn't how bodies actually change. The thing that's missing isn't a better stretch. It's a way to seewhat's working across days and weeks. So we built something that does both: structure for the daily routine, and a printable tracker so the next 30 days produce data instead of just feelings.

Three things we're not

What Steady Protocols isn't.

  • Not medical care.

We are an educational program. We don't diagnose, treat, or replace a clinician. If your pain is radiating, severe, or recent, this self-directed protocol isn't the right starting point, and we say so up front. See the medical disclaimer for full text.

  • Not a subscription.

One-time $39. You get the PDFs forever. There's no recurring charge. Buy once and it's yours.

  • Not another guru.

We don't have a personality cult, a $499 mastermind, or an "ultimate" anything. We have one printable PDF, the protocol plus its tracker appendix, and 30 days of structure. That's the product.

Where we're going

Back pain is the first protocol, not the only one.

The structure works the same for other body areas that change over time: neck and shoulders from desk posture, hips from sitting hours, knees from stairs and standing, sciatica-style symptoms from compensations the back has been making for years. We're building protocols for each of those next.

If you're here for back pain and would also want one of those others when it ships, reply to your purchase email and tell us which one. We'll let those people know first.
