Medical disclaimer

This is educational content, not medical advice.

Steady Protocols is a structured daily routine and a printable tracker for people with mild-to-moderate, sitting-related lower back discomfort. It is not physical therapy, not chiropractic care, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for evaluation, treatment, or advice from a licensed healthcare professional.

The information, exercises, and templates provided in the Steady Protocols website, emails, 30-day protocol PDF, and printable tracker are for general educational purposes only. They are based on widely-published exercise and mobility content and on common-sense self-care frameworks. They are not personalised to your specific medical history, diagnosis, or condition.

By using this program, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own discretion and assume responsibility for your own outcomes.

When to stop and see a clinician

Some symptoms need professional evaluation, not a self-directed protocol.

Stop the protocol immediately and consult a licensed clinician if you experience any of the following, before, during, or after using Steady Protocols materials:

  • Pain that radiates below the knee, into the foot, or into the groin.
  • Numbness, tingling, or weakness in either leg.
  • Loss of bladder or bowel control, or unexplained changes in either.
  • Fever, unexplained weight loss, or night sweats accompanying back pain.
  • Pain following a fall, accident, or recent trauma.
  • Severe pain (8/10 or higher) that does not respond to rest.
  • Pain that is rapidly worsening.
  • A history of cancer, osteoporosis, or recent surgery on the spine or hips.

If you have any of these signs, this self-directed protocol is not the right starting point; see a licensed clinician first. This list is not comprehensive. When in doubt, see a professional.

No warranties of outcome

Individual results vary. Always.

Steady Protocols does not promise that completing the 30-day protocol, following the daily routine, or filling in the printable tracker will reduce your pain, change your mobility, or produce any specific outcome. The cited research describes population-level patterns, not individual outcomes. What works for the average person in a study may not work for you.

If the protocol isn't working for you, write to support. See the refund policy for how we handle that.

No professional relationship

Reading this site does not create a clinical relationship.

Using the Steady Protocols website, receiving our emails, downloading the protocol, or contacting our support email does not create a doctor-patient relationship, a physical-therapist relationship, or any other clinical relationship between you and Steady Protocols or its operators. Steady Protocols's operators are not, in this capacity, your clinicians.

If you need clinical advice for your specific situation, please see a licensed primary care doctor, physical therapist, or other qualified healthcare provider.
