1. What you're buying

A one-time purchase of the Steady Protocols 30-Day Sitting Pain Protocol: a printable PDF protocol with a printable tracker appendix. The product is delivered as digital download links, emailed to the address used at checkout, and accessible indefinitely from those links.

There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring charge. The current price is shown at checkout and was $39 USD as of May 12, 2026.

2. Educational use, not medical advice

The protocol is an educational program. It is not medical advice, not physical therapy, not chiropractic care, and not a diagnosis or treatment. See the full medical disclaimer for the binding language. By purchasing, you confirm you have read and accepted the disclaimer.

If your symptoms include radiating pain into the leg, numbness, weakness, fever, loss of bladder or bowel control, or recent trauma, the protocol is not the appropriate first step. See a licensed clinician. We tell you up front that these signs mean this self-directed protocol is not the right starting point, and Rook & Crown LLC will turn down the sale in that case.

3. License to use the materials

On purchase, Rook & Crown LLC grants you a perpetual, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download, print, and personally use the protocol PDF and the printable tracker for your own back-pain practice.

This license does not permit:

Reselling, redistributing, sharing, posting, or repackaging the PDFs in any form, free or paid.
Translating, adapting, or creating derivative works for commercial use.
Using the materials to train an AI model, generate similar content programmatically, or otherwise mine them at scale.
Removing or altering the disclaimers, copyright notices, or Steady Protocols branding on the PDFs.

Printing as many physical copies as you want for personal use is fine. Handing one printed tracker to a family member is fine. Uploading the PDFs to a file-sharing site or a public Drive folder is not.

4. Refunds

All sales are final by default. The protocol is a digital download and is delivered instantly. If something genuinely isn't working for you, or if your pain got worse after starting the protocol, write to hello@steadyprotocols.com. We review case by case. Full details on the refund policy page.

5. No warranties of outcome

Rook & Crown LLC does not warrant or guarantee any specific outcome from following the protocol. The cited research describes population-level patterns, not individual outcomes. What works for the average person may not work for you.

The protocol is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or efficacy for any particular condition.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rook & Crown LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the website, the protocol, or any related content is limited to the amount you paid for the protocol (i.e., the purchase price, currently $39 USD).

Rook & Crown LLCis not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages (even if we've been advised of the possibility), including but not limited to lost income, lost time, increased pain, or other physical or emotional outcomes attributed to the protocol.

You agree to use the protocol at your own discretion and assume responsibility for your own outcomes, including the decision to start, modify, or stop any specific routine.

7. Affiliate disclosure

Some of the products recommended in Section 3 of the protocol PDF, in our emails, and on our /tools page may be affiliate links. Rook & Crown LLC may earn a small commission if you purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. This does not affect which products we recommend or how we handle support requests.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the “last updated” date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Existing customers are governed by the terms that were live at the time of their purchase for anything purchase-related (license scope, refund handling).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith email between you and Rook & Crown LLC will be settled by binding arbitration in that jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual-property or licensing rights.
