When to expect a reply

Within 1–2 business days.

We aim to reply to every email within 1–2 business days. Most days it's faster. Refund and download-issue requests are read first, so you'll usually hear back the same business day with next steps.

If you don't see a reply within 3 business days, check your spam folder for messages from hello@steadyprotocols.com. Most "missing reply" cases turn out to be filtered. If it's not there, send the email again.

Steady Protocols is operated by a single founder, not a customer-support team. Replies come from a real person. We try to be useful and honest in both directions.
