Refund policy

All sales final, but email us if something's wrong.

Steady Protocols is a digital download. Because the protocol and tracker are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales are final by default. That said, if something genuinely isn't working for you, write to hello@steadyprotocols.com and we'll review it case by case.

How to ask

Send a short email to hello@steadyprotocols.com with the subject line Refund request. Include the email address you used at checkout and a line or two about what's not working. We read every one and reply personally, usually within 1–2 business days.

Refunds are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and can take a few days to land depending on your bank.

A note on pain

If your pain got worse, stop and write to us.

If you started the protocol and your pain got noticeably worse, stop the protocoland reply to any email we've sent you, or write to support. The protocol is educational; it's not the right tool for everyone, and we want to know if it's causing harm.

If your symptoms include radiating leg pain, numbness, weakness, fever, or loss of bladder/bowel control, please see a clinician regardless of what we're doing about your purchase.

This page describes the Steady Protocols refund policy as of 2026. The terms here are binding for purchases made under this policy. We may update this page in the future; current customers are governed by the policy that was live at the time of their purchase.
