What we collect, what we don't, and how to get out.
We collect the minimum needed to deliver the protocol and the emails you signed up for. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with marketing partners, and you can ask us to remove it any time by emailing hello@steadyprotocols.com.
What we collect
Three things, in plain English.
Your email address.
Captured at checkout and used to send your purchase confirmation and download link. We may also use it, only with your permission, for occasional product announcements. We do not collect or store any free-text health information.
Your site activity.
Standard analytics and advertising pixels (Meta and TikTok) record anonymized browsing activity such as pages viewed and whether you bought, so we can measure and improve our ads. They do not receive your email or any health information.
Your purchase record.
If you buy the protocol, we record that the purchase happened, the date, the email used, and an order ID. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never see your card number.
Who handles it
A handful of standard service providers.
To run the site we use the same kinds of services any modern web business uses:
- A payment processor handles your card details at checkout.
- An email service sends your purchase confirmation and download link.
- A hosting provider runs the website and logs standard traffic data.
- Analytics and advertising tools (Meta, TikTok, and our hosting analytics) record anonymized browsing activity to measure ads; no email or health information shared.
Each provider only sees the data it needs to do its job. None receive your data for their own marketing purposes.
What we don't do
A few explicit nos.
- We don't sell or rent your email address or any data you give us. Ever.
- We don't collect or store any free-text medical history at all.
- We're not HIPAA-covered. This is a wellness/education product, not a medical service.
Your rights
Three things you can ask us to do.
- Show me what you have. Email hello@steadyprotocols.com from the address you signed up with and we'll send you the record on file within 7 days.
- Delete everything. Same email, subject line Delete my data. We remove your record and unsubscribe you from emails. Purchase records may be retained where required by tax or payment-processor rules.
- Stop emails without deleting. Click unsubscribe in any email. Your purchase record stays so you can still re-download the PDF.
This policy is operated by Rook & Crown LLC. It is binding for all visitors and customers and is current as of June 12, 2026. We may update this page; current customers are governed by the policy that was live at the time of their purchase. Questions about anything here: hello@steadyprotocols.com.
